So, complaining about the lack of legroom on your recent flight, huh? Well, at least your flight wasn’t fired upon by gunmen as happened to the Pakistani International Airlines flight landing in the Northern Pakistan city of Peshawar last week.

It really was no surprise that the NTSB blamed pilot error in last July’s crash of Asiana Flight 214 attempting to land at SFO. In addition to mismanagement and misunderstanding of the automation aboard the jet, the board seemed to imply that the design, operation and training of the Boeing’s autoflight and autothrottle system was somehow contributory as well. Boeing has taken strong objection.

In the feedback segment, we discuss many things, including traits of a good first officer (co-pilot), courses versus headings, IAS versus mach speed, visual approaches, and much more. Below are links to many of the items discussed.
